Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage and Timelines

We ship to all Emirates within the UAE and to GCC countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.

Within UAE - 2 to 3 working days (excluding Sunday's & public holiday's)

To Saudi Arabia , Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain - 5 to 6 working days (excluding Sunday's & public holiday's) Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance

Note : Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier workload , public holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays .

 

2. Shipping & Packaging Fees

Within UAE
15 AED shipping and packaging fee applies to all orders below 144 AED .
Free shipping for orders of 144 AED and above .

For Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain

60 AED shipping and packaging fee applies to all orders below 360 AED .
Free shipping for orders 360 AED and above .

Any customs duties , import taxes or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery .

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available only within the UAE  

 

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday , excluding UAE public holidays .

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM GST are typically dispatched the same day .

Once shipped , customers will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or SMS to track their order .

 

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts .

If the customer is unavailable or if the delivery address is incorrect , the package may be returned to our warehouse .

Additional delivery or re-shipping charges may apply in such cases .

 

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes (For GCC Orders)

Shipments to GCC countries may be subject to customs duties , import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country .

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery .
